Expected better Positive: There was a separate kitchenette Easy to access Good parking availability Negative: The bed was flimsy, there was only one pillow per person and they were incredibly thin. No extra bedding available. The room itself stank of smoke - despite being a non smoking room. Contacted the host - said they would contact the cleaners and nothing came of it. Smelt really strongly of smoke the duration of the whole stay. The bathroom itself wasn't massively clean - there was a bogey on the door frame and a squashed moth in the wall. No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel The kitchenette - there were no forks. Only spoons and knives. You're asked to wash up your own crockery - so when we arrived it had been left dirty from previous guests. No tea or coffee. Handles of cupboards were dirty. No tea towel or kitchen roll to dry up anything that had been washed up. No bin in the kitchenette.

Positive: Nothing !!! Negative: All of it !!!

Incredible little place 10/10 Positive: This place is absolutely spotless and for the price they charge, no accomodation I've previously stayed in has come close. It's my second time staying here and my experience was just as good as the first time 10/10 👍 Negative: There could have been a TV, but for what you pay and what you get, I can't really complain.

Cheap and cheerful but definitely missing the key bits for me. A little dirty and a strange layout but for the price it Positive: Nicely decorated, was cheap and positioned perfectly for what we wanted Negative: Previous tenants left dirty glasses and cutlery in the cupboard which I couldn’t clean as the sponge left was also dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the bed was small and very noisy when turning over. The layout of walking through a communal lounge and kitchen (with smelly bin) was not pleasant. The street the property is on didn’t make us feel particularly safe either.
