Serenity Luton Suite Near Mall

Wouldn’t recommend this property and definitely over priced for what you get. Positive: Just the location to the airport Negative: As we arrived it was very noisy coming from one of the front rooms, lots of shouting. Also we vacated the property during the early hours because of the noise coming from one of the rooms, sounded like a party when thought it clearly states that quiet hours are between 21.00 & 07.00! This made no difference.

Ok mismanaged Negative: Sounds like quite the mix-up! Here's a polished version of what happened: "We checked in at 6 pm with an expected checkout time of 11 am as per hotel policy. However, another guest was given access to our room, and they entered at 10 am without realizing we were already occupied. They later apologized, mentioning the room was offered to them as well, and provided the room password." It’s sad and mismanagement no privacy.

Clean and very convenient for a stay before a flight Positive: Affordable, clean, comfortable, convenient, would highly recommend it as a place to stay before or after a flight from Luton as it’s also only a 10 minute taxi from the airport
