Positive: Good location for Luton airport. Negative: Looks like a number of the guests stay long term... constantly walking between rooms and going up and down the stairs at all hours- guests shouting from outside and from front doors and tapping at ground floor windows to be let in by colleagues.

Very bad Negative: Nothing too noise someone knock our door and windows again and again i was very uncomfortable and someone shouting on phone call

It wasn't comfort as i was expecting Positive: Even tho on road parking was free but wasn't available,so congested so i have to park almost mile away from stay ,room had crack and damp on ceiling and room was quite small then shows in pictures, toilet was very very small and toiletries was missing too, room socket was away from bed or bedside table another socket was hid behind bbed ,only good that place was very quite Negative: Room need improvement overhaul

Good for stay on the way Positive: Location good; room small but comfortable; neighborhood quiet; communal kitchen available with fridge, microwave & kettle.

Positive: Was cheap and cheerful nothing fancy clean and fit for purpose Negative: Couple up stairs fighting all night
