Ensuite Room – 4 mins to Luton Airport

Positive: Very close to airport, 10 min drive , clean and nice apartment Negative: No parking space , there is a space behind the property but for two cars only , when we arrived very late , about 23.00, there was no space anywhere around , street full of cars , we had to drive around to look for the place for the car so finally we went to sleep at 2 am , was messaging with the host about it but he couldn’t help much because he was at his home I suppose, so we were very tired next day especially that we had early morning flight .

Positive: Location Negative: Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Not safe, a guest who was due to check in the day after me was given the room code in advance and let themselves into my room at 6am! I was naked in the room and the door was opened by a stranger who tried to walk in until I slammed the door. I had to leave immediately I'm not ashamed to admit I was shaken by this. Contacted owner of property and received a reply (probably ai written), asking me not to contact booking.com about the issue and offering me "discount if I stay there again". Horrendous experience and terrible handling of my complaint

If your sole purpose is somewhere to stay before an early morning airport flight it works, however I would not stay here Positive: - extremely convinient location for Luton airport - easy to understand check in instructions - clean place - basic kitchenette provided Negative: - next to a very noisy road - only has blinds, not curtains and so quite bright in the room (it was June when we stayed!) - uncomfortable pillows

Positive: Very clean great location Negative: There were tea coffee making facilities but no milk unfortunately to make a drink and no nearby shop…just needed some little milk cartons

Very clean and good value for money Positive: Very clean, spacious and definitely good value for money Negative: The rooms could use with having TVs.
